Louis F. Haber Jr. (Professional CV)

President & CEO

Louis F. Haber Jr. started his career with Distribution Postal Company in 1995 as the Pro-Mail/Financial Analyst. After implementing the company's business and financial tracking systems, Mr. Haber left DPC and worked as a systems integration contractor for Glaxo Wellcome in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. In 1997, Mr. Haber rejoined DPC and held positions as Data Processing Manager, Vice-President-Finance, leading to his current position as President & CEO. He has been instrumental in positioning Distribution Postal Company to be a highly competitive organization in the international mail and small package delivery industry. He is a member and strong supporter of the International Mailers Advisory Group. Louis Jr. has participated in World Mail, Express , and Logistics Forums abroad along with forums tailored towards Postal & Delivery Economics for the Public and Private Sectors. Prior to joining DPC, Mr. Haber served in the United States Marine Corps as a Error Reports Analyst in Camp Lejuene, North Carolina and abroad as a Systems Analyst in Okinawa, Japan. Mr. Haber has held certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and has attended the U.S. Marine Corps Financial Management School, the University Of Maryland College Park and Asia Divisions. He holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Campbell University, Buies Creek North Carolina. Louis Jr. is a resident of Darlington, MD.

Mary Barkley-Deshields (Professional CV)

Mrs. Deshields started her career with Distribution Postal Company in 1994 as part of a client acquisition. She has held positions as the Assistant Data Processing Manager, Direct Mail Production Manager, and Manager of Client Services. Today, Mrs. Deshields is the Executive Vice President responsible for overseeing operations management, human resources training and professional development, and contributing in the formulation of Strategic Market Growth Strategy. She has been instrumental in integrating the firm's sophisticated service divisions and consistently delivering successful domestic and international direct mail campaigns for clients of Distribution Postal Company. Mary is an active participant in various industry Trade Groups and Professional Associations such as the Baltimore Postal Customer Council and the Baltimore Marketing Association. Mrs. Deshields is an expert in domestic & international rates, postal classification, and brings valuable innovative solutions to DPC and our clientele. Prior to joining Distribution Postal Company, Mrs. Deshields worked in the U.S. Mail Presort Industry. Mary is a resident of Baltimore City, a member of Faith Deliverance Church, and a Leading Industry Executive.

Richard F. Kueberth (Professional CV)

Manager, Data and Imaging Services

Mr. Kueberth joined Distribution Postal Company in 2003 shortly after the firm's current owner / officers assumed leadership. Richard has been a key positive contributing factor during the management and organizational transition over the past three years. He brings a wealth of technical experience to DPC that enables the company to grow into new fields of technologies once traditionally reserved for the High Tech Market Sector. His 30 + years experience in data processing and mailing services has greatly enhanced the firm's product and service offering. Richard is Key Account Manager for the firm's University and Public Sector Accounts.
